Hooray!!

David is officially potty trained!! He actually has been for almost a month now, and let me tell you how great it is to have him out of diapers! He got the hang of going pee almost right away, but he had a some trouble with pooping in his pants, yes this is a post about pooping and peeing! Right around Christmas time it all came together for him and dare I say he has mastered it!

I no longer have to worry when we are out that he is going to have an accident because he is doing great!

I actually wouldn't be surprised if Sarah gets potty trained within this year as well. She has shown a lot of interest in it and is always eager to cheer her brother on or just flush for him, whichever is needed.

The one small problem we have is that she thinks because of watching her older brothers that she pees out of her belly button! She will say "potty" and walk over to the toilet, pull up her shirt, and put her belly over the edge of the toilet, stand there for a few seconds and then she is done...If only it were that easy:-) We are not seriously trying with her, but it is fun to see her try.
