McKay Family Reunion
About a week ago, we traveled up north of Brainerd for the McKay family reunion. Jeremy's great Aunt and Uncle have a couple of wonderful cabins surrounded by towering pines on the lake. It is about as close to paradise as you can get!
It was a beautiful overcast day - most might think that overcast would not be nice, but in this case it prevented the temperatures from becoming horrible hot. It was very humid, and towards the end the sun came out and then it got pretty hot.
What a wonderful way to spend a relaxing afternoon!!

They got out an antique Badminton set and

They had a working water pump, that the kids
were very interested in. It took a lot of muscle
to prime the pump and get water coming out,
but the kids thought it was so cool!
