I used information from here and here and combined it to make it work for me. The general concept is that you used the back yolk of the shirt and it becomes the front of the dress and the buttons of the shirt become the back of the dress.

That it so ADORABLE!! I saw that pattern a while ago but I passed it on to my sister cause I didn't think the little misters needed one.
