Thinking back to his first day of kindergarten, the weather was SO much different. It was freezing cold, cloudy and very windy. So instead of walking we drove to school and still almost got blown away on our way in.

He had a very good day and said that his favorite thing was 'lunch' - go figure. He is excited to go back tomorrow, so all in all I think it went well.
I have to say, it was kind of weird having him gone all day long. For 3 years now he has done 1/2 days of school in some form or another, I kept looking at the clock, to see if it was time to go get him yet:-)
